# Shopify Order Fulfillment Process and Instructions

Thank you for shopping at our Shopify store. To help you clearly understand the fulfillment status of your orders, the following is a detailed fulfillment process:

1. **Order Receipt and Confirmation**: Once you successfully place an order, our system will immediately receive the order information. Our staff will review the order as soon as possible, checking the accuracy and completeness of the order details, including product specifications, quantity, and shipping address.

2. **Order Processing and Stock Preparation**: After the order passes the review, we will mark it as processed within 1 working day and start preparing the products you purchased. We will select the corresponding products from our warehouse and conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that the quality and quantity of the products match the order.

3. **Shipping Time**: Generally, we will arrange to ship the products within 15 working days after receiving your order. The calculation of the shipping time starts from the day after the order is successfully paid and the information is verified to be correct. For example, if you successfully pay for an order at 10 am on Monday and the order information is accurate, the shipping time will start counting from Tuesday for 15 working days.

4. **Logistics Selection and Fulfillment Operation**: We will select an appropriate logistics partner (such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or the local postal service, etc.) for shipping based on factors such as the characteristics, weight, volume of the products, and your shipping address. After the products are shipped, we will promptly upload the tracking number and the logistics tracking link in the Shopify system. You can use this link to check the shipping status of the products in real time.

5. **Handling of Force Majeure Events**: In the event of force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, logistics strikes, etc.) that affect normal shipping and prevent us from dispatching the products within the specified 15 working days, we will promptly contact you via the contact information you provided in the order (such as email, SMS, etc.) to inform you of the specific situation and the expected shipping delay. Once the force majeure factors are eliminated, we will arrange for shipping as soon as possible.

6. **Holiday Extension**: Since our logistics partners may suspend or adjust their services during holidays, if the shipping time of an order includes statutory holidays (such as the Spring Festival, National Day, etc.), the shipping time will be extended accordingly based on the number of holiday days. For example, if your order was originally scheduled to be shipped on a Friday within 15 working days, but Friday is a statutory holiday, the shipping time will be postponed to the first working day after the holiday.
